One side of my face is infested with red, swollen, ugly, painful, huge PIMPLES!!!! (no i'm not exaggerating)

Nothing seemed to work.. pimple cream, tea tree oil, drink lotsa water -__-
Summore my couz wedding is this Thursday! What if i freak the guests away ?? OMG!!
I want to dig a hole behind my house and hide there until my pimples go away...
My face looks like this now.. except it is 10 times worse..
(At least in pictures i can edit away the spots, real ife how can edit and erase WTF)
