So, I did it..

So I did it....
I submitted my forms and applied to become a teacher..
It took me quite some time to finally decide to do this.
No doubt, part of me wants to be a teacher, good pay, lotsa holidays... but i guess one reason is my parents.. disappointing them will break not only their hearts but mine too..

Since young, whenever i have to fill details in borang or write a "My Ambition" essay, the word "teacher" never appeared in it. To a 12 year old me, being a teacher means I have to succumb to school hours (waking up at the ungodly hours and start work before the sun is even out?!) and the un-glam world of education.
Now, almost a quarter of a century old, I still think it is torturing to wake up before the sun rises and yes i still think a a teacher profession is very the un-glamorous -__-

Since young, people has been telling me "Aiya ah-girl, become teacher veli good, salali veli high, many holiday, buy car buy house veli cip" And i will feign interest and give them the u-huh, smile, nods that they want to see..

What happened? What happened to the girl who didn't want to become a teacher? What happened to the girl who wanted to achieve more? I can't find her anymore...

Life has been very hectic and busy lately.. which in a way is good i would say. Well, no time for me to sit down, think and cry over how depressed i am, how confused i am...
It is already the mid of march.. the Ides of March.. hmm bad vibes? Julius Caesar was assasinated on this day.. supposed it will be an unlucky day?
