Heartache

We were hanging out at Coffee Bean last nite when Tarynn asked me..

"Have you experience heartache before?"
For that split moment, I didn't know how to answer her.
I think for a while, and asked her back..
"What is heartache?"
I really do not know what is heartache.



It's not that I am always in eternal happiness. I just don't seem to know it when my heart is aching.


How do you define heartache?
Is is much more than being sad?
Do you feel as though a knife is piercing through your fragile heart?
Maybe when you are in such deep dissapointment and you cry, is that heartache?
Maybe when you are accused by someone you love deeply and you cry, is that heartache?
Maybe when you've lost your love and you cry, is that heartache?
Maybe when you feel that nobody is standing by your side, is that heartache?
Maybe when you feel that whole world has turned its back on you, is that heartache?
Maybe when you think that that you've dissapointed someone and you cry, is that heartache?
Or maybe the pain you feel inside is so strong it is killing you and you don't have the energy to cry even a drop a tear...
Maybe...maybe that's heartache...
